General Policy – Final Sale
All sales of non-licensed digital products (e.g., downloadable templates, tools, fonts, multimedia assets, social media utilities, system optimizers) and remote services (e.g., PC troubleshooting, virus removal, driver updates) are considered final once the product has been delivered or service has begun.
Due to the nature of digital content and services, which cannot be returned or revoked once accessed, refunds are not issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preference, or failure to understand product descriptions.
Customer Satisfaction Clause
We want you to be satisfied. If you are not able to use the product due to a technical issue or feel the service did not meet expectations, we encourage you to contact us within 3 calendar days of your purchase or service completion. Our team will review your concern and may offer a resolution including:

Refunds Are Only Considered When:

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
